What is Flex eSIM's refund policy?

Learn when refunds are possible and the steps required.

You can request a partial refund if your eSIM has not been installed or used. Once a data session has started, we can only refund when you report an issue, work with the support team on troubleshooting, and the problem remains unresolved.

Refunds are not granted when no troubleshooting attempt was made. Reach us via the Flex app or email before uninstalling.
