3. How can I get a Flex eSIM?

Buy directly on flexesim.com or download the Flex eSIM app. Both paths use the same account, so your purchases sync automatically and stay available for future trips.

4. When can I install my Flex eSIM?

You can install immediately after purchasing. Follow the steps in your activation email or the Help Centre and the plan will automatically activate once you arrive in the destination.

5. Does my phone support eSIM?

Every flagship iPhone since XS/XR, most Samsung Galaxy/Note/Flip devices, Google Pixels, and many newer Android phones have eSIM. Open Settings ▸ Cellular and look for “Add eSIM”, or check the compatibility list in our Help Centre.

6. Does Flex provide bundle or regional plans?

Yes. When you choose a destination you can toggle to regional plans (Europe, Asia-Pacific, Americas, etc.) to cover multiple countries with one pass.

7. How do I install the eSIM?

Follow the on-screen steps or grab the step-by-step PDF guides in the Help Centre. iOS and Android both take under a minute and you can activate when you land.

8. Can I keep my regular number for calls and texts?

Yes. Flex adds a data plan alongside your existing SIM so you keep receiving calls or OTP texts from your home carrier while using cheaper local data.

9. How long do passes last?

Each pass clearly lists the data allowance and validity (e.g. 5 GB for 10 days). The countdown only begins once you first connect in the destination.

10. Can I top up my Flex eSIM?

Yes. Visit topup.flexau.com and enter the ICCID from the Flex eSIM app or your activation email. We’ll push the new pass instantly.

11. Which networks does Flex use?

We partner with trusted carriers in every country—think Vodafone, Orange, AT&T, and more—so your phone connects to the same towers locals use. No sketchy roaming tricks.

12. How many Flex eSIMs can I install?

Most iPhones store eight or more eSIM profiles (two active at a time) and many Android phones store around five to seven. You can stash multiple Flex eSIMs and switch or top up as needed.

13. What if I run out of data mid-trip?

Top up straight from the Flex eSIM app or the top-up portal and we push a fresh pass instantly. You’ll also see reminders when you’re close to using the last gigabyte.

14. Is my payment information secure?
